Minnesota Twins Tickets Are No More (until next season that is)

I had you worried didn't I? It is true, with the loss last Sunday to the New York Yankees, the Minnesota Twins Tickets Market has been put on hold. Single game tickets for next season at Target Field will not be released until much closer to the 2010 Minnesota Twins Season Opener.

In the mean time the 2010 Minnesota Twins Schedule has been posted and it is never to early to start planning which games you will be making an appearance at. I've already marked several dates off my calendar.

A few dates to keep in mind:
April 12: Target Field Opener, Twins vs. Red Sox
May 3: Twins vs. Tigers
May 25: Twins vs. Yankees (watch out Yankees!)

I think in response to the threatened loss of the Twins, the Minnesota private and public sector negotiated and approved a financing package for a replacement stadium— a baseball-only outdoor, natural turf ballpark in the Warehouse District of downtown Minneapolis— owned by a new entity known as the Minnesota Ballpark Authority
